The 2500 square feet of indoor living space (as well as over 1800 square feet of outdoor living space) provides ample room for privacy and relaxation. The entire house is on one level, except for the upper bedroom which is accessed by an interior stairwell. The large great room features exotic Brazilian granite, counter seating, dining table for up to 8, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, a laundry room, and a powder room. Stretch out on the fully-upholstered sectional sofa to watch the 42" TV, a DVD, relax with a book or plan the next day's activities. Off the great room is a private study, with a desk and queen sleeper sofa. The covered deck has cushioned chaise lounges, a dining table and chairs, and a built-in grill. A few steps down leads to the sun deck with more comfortable seating. Just a few steps from the sun deck is the spa deck with a 5-person Hot Springs spa. The three bedrooms are equally sized and all face the spectacular view. The cabana bedroom is separated from the main house by a covered deck and features a walk-in closet and an outdoor shower made of island stone. The upper bedroom features a king bed. Each bedroom has a private outdoor shower, a private deck, and a ceiling fan. There are wonderful breezes on Mamey Peak, but each bedroom is air-conditioned. The lower bedroom has two twin extra long beds that can be made into a king bed. The stargazing deck offers a great view of the night sky-watch the stars while lying on the teak chaises and chairs. The home is also environmentally friendly-with passive and active solar energy, solar hot water, and a solar pool pump.
